Please be advised that a system upgrade is scheduled for Sunday, October 25, 2026 from approximately 9:00 am - 12:00 noon. During this time, we kindly ask that you refrain from accessing the system to avoid any disruptions.

Action Required for Administrative Users - Learning Events in Entrada

During the implementation of the PHP security patch on October 21, 2026, the Manitoba Time Zone package was inadvertently updated in Entrada. This appears to have affected Learning Events scheduled on or after November 1, 2026. Learning Events created before the time zone update may display one hour earlier or later than intended. Administrative users must review upcoming Learning Events to confirm that the start and end times are correct:

     1. Review upcoming Learning Events: Open events scheduled for November 1, 2026 or later, and confirm that they display at the intended times.

     2. Update affected Learning Events: If an event displays and incorrect time, edit the event's start and end times to reflect the intended schedule. Be sure to review recurring events that extend beyonde November 1, 2026. 

Please ensure that affected events are reviewed and corrected so that attendees see the appropriate times.
