Email Notification Issue and Upcoming Update

We want to inform you of a recent issue involving our curriculum system’s email notifications and provide details about an upcoming update that may impact your inbox once more.

Today (August 12), while working on an update to our email notification system in a staging environment, an error caused unintended notifications to be sent to our live production environment. As a result, you may have received an unusually high volume of emails. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. Please disregard and delete any emails that come from an email "user+numbers@example.org".

To properly implement the intended improvements to our system, we will be deploying a fix to our live environment early next week (August 18 week). This update will trigger a new round of email notifications, however, unlike the previous batch, these upcoming notifications are valid and may require your review or action.

We truly regret the disruption and thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to improve your experience.
