To request the deferral, please fill the Self Declaration Form and send it to UGME Student Affairs (StudentAffairsMed@umanitoba.ca) AND Pre-Clerkship evaluations (PRECLERKEVALUATIONS@umanitoba.ca) AND Dr. Saeed (Mahwash.Saeed@umanitoba.ca). Students in general are allowed for two exam deferrals per year at maximum. If a 3rd deferral is ever needed, please use the deferral application form instead. Please describe/explain your situation in the section of details, provide any supporting documents if you have, and send to Dr. Saeed (Mahwash.Saeed@umanitoba.ca) and StudentAffairsMed@umanitoba.ca.
