Clinical focus

• Consults, follow-ups, and chronic disease management

Compensation & growth

• Starting compensation approximately $85,000–$95,000/year (hours dependent)

• Long-term, performance-based growth pathway with an aspirational upper range around $250,000/year

• Higher-end compensation is not guaranteed, depends on clinical productivity and the billing environment, and typically takes around five years to reach

• Fast-paced, team-based, and highly patient-centred
