The University of Manitoba’s Department of Family Medicine Office of Research and Quality Improvement (QI) is comprised of a team that conducts world class primary care research and is a leader in the implementation of the College of Family Physicians of Canada’s Practice Improvement Initiative (Pii).
We are committed to developing and conducting Research and QI and influencing practice redesign in ways that could fundamentally improve primary care delivery. Our central aim is to support innovation and use of new ways of working that will shape the future of the discipline of Family Medicine both in Manitoba and beyond.
