FORGOTTEN PASSWORD for UM EMAIL

If you know your UM Email address but have forgotten your password, you new password must meet the following conditions:

• Consist of a minimum of 10 characters (max 30)
• Contain at least three of the following character types:
  • Upper case characters
  • Lower case characters;
  • Numerical characters
  • Special characters _ # % ( ) . ^ { } !
• Be different than your previous five passwords
• Cannot contain your name or UMNetID

- Go to the Welcome to SignUM webpage and look for "Forgot Password". Follow the prompts.

RESET USAGE AGREEMENT - ANNUAL REQUIREMENT

Each year the University requires all users to re-set their usage agreement. If you're unable to use your email, it might be because you have not re-set the usage agreement in over 1 year.

- Go to the Welcome to SignUM webpage

- Log in with your UM Email and associated password

- Click on the icon "My Information" 

- Scroll down until you see the header "Usage Agreement Information", click on "Re-accept Usage Agreement", and follow the prompts.
